目的:观察威灵仙不同部位对耳廓微循环的影响。方法:采用耳廓微循环观察法检测威灵仙不同部位对正常小鼠和血瘀模型小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果:威灵仙不同部位能明显增加耳廓微血管管径及毛细血管开放数目,有效改善肾上腺素所致的耳廓微循环障碍。结论:威灵仙不同部位具有改善小鼠耳廓微循环作用,其作用强弱依次为:正丁醇部位、乙酸乙酯部位、石油醚部位和水部位,其机制可能与抑制肾上腺递质所激活的信号通路有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of different parts of Clematis on auricle microcirculation. Methods: The auricle microcirculation observation was used to detect the effects of different parts of Clematis on the auricle microcirculation in normal mice and blood stasis model mice. Results: Clematis different parts can significantly increase the pinna capillary diameter and the number of open capillaries, adrenaline effectively improve the auricle microcirculation. CONCLUSION: Different parts of Clematis can improve the auricle microcirculation in mice. The order of action is: n-butanol fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, petroleum ether fraction and water fraction. The mechanism may be related to inhibition of adrenal transmitter Activation of signaling pathways.
