目的 :观察和评价缓释顺铂瘤体内植入治疗非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC )的耐受性、安全性和疗效 .方法 :非小细胞肺癌患者 13例 ,CT引导下经皮穿刺瘤体内植入缓释顺铂 .结果 :病灶明显缩小 3例 ,稳定 8例 ,进展 3例 .结论 :缓释顺铂瘤体内植入治疗期非小细胞肺癌有较好的耐受性、安全性和疗效 .
OBJECTIVE: To observe and evaluate the tolerability, safety and efficacy of slow-release cisplatin in vivo for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) .Methods: Thirteen patients with non-small cell lung cancer Intragastric release of cisplatin.Results: The lesions were significantly reduced in 3 cases, stable in 8 cases, progress in 3 cases.Conclusion: Sustained-release cisplatin tumor implantation in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer have better tolerance, safety and efficacy .
