在纪念改革开放20年之际,人们不能不提到一个专用词——“深圳速度”。然而,有谁知道什么是“深圳速度”?“深圳速度”是谁创造的?深圳的崛起正是从建筑业开始的。深圳建筑史上的奇迹首推国贸大厦。正是国贸大厦的建筑总指挥和她的全体员工,创造了“深圳速度”。1992年1月19日,邓小平同志亲临国贸大厦,握着创造了“深圳速度”的这位女总指挥的手,对周围的人说:“她是个人才”。她叫——李传芳。
