在高校中开展阳光体育教育是开展素质教育的必然要求,同时也是高校构建体育文化的重要内容。开展阳光体育的教学活动不仅有助于促进高校体育教学目标的完成,还有助于培养学生的体育意识和进行体育锻炼的习惯,在高校的体育教学中具有非常重要的作用。但是从目前我国高校实施阳光体育教学的现状来看,还存在很多问题。本文就以这一背景为基础,对实施阳光体育的定义、意义和主要教学途径进行了具体论述。
Carrying out sunshine physical education in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement of carrying out quality education and also an important content of constructing sports culture in colleges and universities. Carrying out the teaching activities of sunshine sports not only helps to promote the completion of college PE teaching objectives, but also helps to cultivate students’ sports awareness and the habit of physical exercise. It plays a very important role in college PE teaching. However, from the current situation of implementing the teaching of sunshine physical education in our country, there are still many problems. Based on this background, this paper elaborates the definition, meaning and main teaching ways of implementing sunshine sports.
