为进一步推动保密理论研究,提升保密工作者的理论素养和水平,2015年,本刊联合山东中孚信息产业股份有限公司,举办优秀论文评选活动。为突出评选的权威性,我们邀请了系统内外的12位专家学者组成评审委员会,按照客观公正的原则,严格评选标准和程序,共评选出优秀论文18篇,其中一等奖1名,二等奖2名,三等奖5名。
In order to further promote the study of confidential theory and enhance the theoretical knowledge and skills of confidential workers, in 2015, the magazine jointly organized Shandong Zhongfu Information Industry Co., Ltd. to hold an excellent essay selection activity. In order to highlight the authority of the selection, we invited 12 experts and scholars from both inside and outside the system to form an adjudication committee. According to the principle of objective and fairness, we strictly selected the criteria and procedures and selected 18 outstanding papers, including 1 first prize, 2 second 2 awards, 3 third prize.
