“脱下绿军装走出营门,穿上学生服走进校门,换上工作服迈向厂门。”这令以前所有退伍兵梦寐难求的好事,如今随着广东省清远市“退伍军人培训就业工程”的正式启动和实施,该市广大退伍军人“当兵、上学、工作‘一条龙’”的梦想终于变成了现实。清远市每年都有退伍军人约1200名。这些思想政治素质较高的退伍军人大多由于缺乏一技之长,要想立即适应新的工作岗位难度较大。为了探索通过对退伍军人进行系统的职业培训,解决他们的就业安置
