前已报导过1-(2-噻唑偶氮)-2,7- 二羟基萘(简称2,7-TADN)的合成及其在分析化学中的应用。本文研究了2,7-TADN与钴(Ⅱ)形成的配合物的极谱行为。在0.016摩尔NaOH溶液中,Co(Ⅱ)与2,7-TADN形成蓝色的二元配合物,它在-0.58伏处有一极谱波,但灵敏度不高。加入乙二胺后,不出现新峰,然而该处波高显著增加(图1)。经实验证明是Co(Ⅱ)-2,7-TADN-乙二胺三元配合物在汞电极上吸附所引起。利用此波可测定痕量钴。在0.005—0.2微克/毫升范围内,峰电流与钴(Ⅱ)浓度有良好的线性关系,
The synthesis of 1- (2-thiazolylazo) -2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene (abbreviated as 2,7-TADN) and its application in analytical chemistry have been previously reported. In this paper, the polarographic behavior of the complexes formed by 2,7-TADN and cobalt (Ⅱ) was studied. Co (II) forms a blue binary complex with 2,7-TADN in a 0.016 molar solution of NaOH, which has a polarographic wave at -0.58 volts but is less sensitive. After addition of ethylenediamine, no new peak appeared, however the wave height increased significantly (Fig. 1). The experiment proved that Co (Ⅱ) -2,7-TADN-ethylenediamine ternary complex caused by adsorption on the mercury electrode. Use this wave for the determination of trace cobalt. In the range of 0.005-0.2 μg / ml, the peak current has a good linear relationship with the concentration of cobalt (Ⅱ)
