本文研究了苯基萤光酮在Triton-X-100和聚乙烯醇非离子表面活性剂存在下,于0.24~0.56N的硫酸、硝酸和磷酸混合酸介质中,测定钢铁及矿物中的微量钨。试验表明:W(Ⅵ)与苯基萤光酮形成1:1的络合物,摩尔吸光系数c_(515nm)=9.15×10~4,0~60鹏g/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。分别以抗坏血酸、甘露醇、硫酸羟胺、柠檬酸三铵掩蔽Fe(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)、Ti(Ⅳ)、Nb(Ⅴ)、Mo(Ⅵ),Zr(Ⅳ)等干扰离子,直接测定合金钢中微量钨,取得较为满意的结果。
In this paper, the phenylfluorone in the presence of Triton-X-100 and polyvinylalcohol non-ionic surfactant in 0.24 ~ 0.56N sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid medium, the determination of trace amounts of tungsten and iron in minerals . The experimental results show that the molar ratio of c (515nm) = 9.15 × 10 ~ 4 and the range of 60 ~ 60g / 50ml are in accordance with Beer’s law. The interference ions such as Fe (Ⅲ), V (Ⅴ), Ti (Ⅳ), Nb (Ⅴ), Mo (Ⅵ) and Zr (Ⅳ) were masked by ascorbic acid, mannitol, hydroxylamine sulfate and triammonium citrate respectively. Tungsten alloy steel to obtain more satisfactory results.
