目的 为探讨肾上腺髓质素( Adreno medullin , A M) 前体 N 端2241 的肽( Pro A M2241peptide, P A M P) 对心律的影响。方法 本研 究通过静 脉注入( P A M P) 和降钙 素基因相 关肽( Calcitonin gene related peptide , C G R P) ,观察其对大鼠心律的影响。结果 P A M P 具有致心律失常的作用。在 P A M P0 .1 ~30 .0n mol· L- 1·kg - 1 剂量范围内呈剂量依赖型,在30 .0nm ol· L- 1 ·kg - 1 时心律失常发生率为64 .7 % ,致心律失常作用与降压效果无关。小剂量的 P A M P 具有加强去甲肾上腺素( Noradrenalink , N E) 、肾上腺素( Adrenalin , E) 引起心律失常的发生率,但这种作用可被 C G R P 所拮抗。 C G R P 同样对 N E 和 E 及它们和 P A M P 组合引起的心律失常的作用具有治疗效果。结论 P A M P 可能作为一种调节因子,参与心律失常的调节。
Objective To investigate the effect of pro-M2241peptide (P A M P) on the cardiac rhythm of adrenomedullin (A M) precursor. Methods In this study, the effects of intravenous injection (P A M P) and calcitonin gene related peptide (C G R P) on the cardiac rhythm of rats were observed. Results P A M P had an arrhythmogenic effect. At P A M P0. 1 ~ 30. 0n mol · L-1 · kg-1 in a dose-dependent manner. The incidence of arrhythmias was 64 at 0 nmol · L -1 · kg -1. 7%, induced arrhythmia and antihypertensive effect has nothing to do. Low doses of P A M P have the potential to cause arrhythmias with Noradrenalink (N E) and Adrenalin (E), but this effect is antagonized by C G R P. C G R P also has a therapeutic effect on the effects of N E and E and their arrhythmia caused by combination with P A M P. Conclusions P A M P may be involved in the regulation of arrhythmia as a regulator.
