近日,河南省水利厅制定了《2013年全省水利工程建设项目督导检查工作方案》,安排9个督导组和158名处级干部,迅速分赴全省各地,对今年的重点水利建设工程进行全方位督促检查。为进一步加大督导检查工作的力度和实效性,每个督导组由一名厅级干部带队,分别负责督导2个省辖市,每位处级干部负责督导一个县(市、区),切实做到督导检查全覆盖、真抓实干抓落实。
