乳酶生又名表飞鸣,是临床上最常用的一种助消化药。作用与用途本品为活乳酸杆菌加适量淀粉制成.乳酸杆菌经口服入肠后.能分解糖类而生成乳酸,使肠腔内酸度增高,从而抑制肠内病原菌的繁殖,以防止肠内容物发酵。本品适用于消化不良、肠发酵引起的肠胀气、小儿饮食不当引起的腹泻。用法 5岁以下每次用0.1～0.3克,5岁以上每次用0.3～9克.一日3次。注意事项1.宜放在冷暗处贮存,以免减低效力。该药有效期规定为一年,若超过有效期,则其中活菌数目已减少很多,故不宜再用。2.不宜与各种抗菌剂如磺胺类、抗菌素类、呋喃类。以及和多种有抗菌作用的药物合用,以免使乳酸杆菌的活性受到抑制,使乳酸生成减少,肠
