采用放射配基受体结合法 ,观察补阳还五汤注射液体外给药对家兔洗涤血小板PAF受体活性的影响 ,结果补阳还五汤注射液体外给药可明显抑制家兔洗涤血小板PAF受体与放射配基3H PAF的特异结合 ,其特异结合抑制率与银杏苦内脂B相似 ,且有一定的量效关系。提示补阳还五汤注射液对家兔血小板膜上PAF受体活性有一定影响。
Radioligand receptor binding assay was used to observe the effect of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction injection on the activity of washed PAF receptor in rabbits. The results showed that Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction injection could obviously inhibit the rabbits’ washing platelets. The specific binding of the PAF receptor to the radioligand 3H PAF is similar to that of ginkgo-bilobalide B, and has a certain dose-effect relationship. It is suggested that Buyang Huanwu Decoction has certain effect on the activity of PAF receptor on platelet membrane in rabbits.
