对 2 2个栽培盾叶薯蓣样品测定结果表明 :植株中薯蓣皂甙元的含量随植株性别和取材时期的不同而变化 ,雄株中皂甙元含量高于雌株 ,种植时期越长 ,皂甙元含量越高 ,1 0月采收的样品皂甙元含量最高。按传统方法从样品中提出的皂甙元的熔点几乎相同 ,均在 1 96~ 2 0 0℃范围内。栽培 3年以上的盾叶薯蓣可以用于工业上生产薯蓣皂甙元。
The results of the determination of 2 cultivars of Dioscorea zingiberensis showed that the content of Diosgenin in the plant varied with the sex of the plants and the time of harvest. The male sapogenin content in the male plant was higher than that in the female plant. The longer the planting period, the higher the saponin content in the plant. The higher, the highest level of saponin was collected in October. The melting points of the saponins extracted from the samples according to the conventional methods are almost the same, all within the range of 196 to 200°C. More than three years of cultivation of Dioscorea zingiberensis can be used for industrial production of diosgenin.
