中国社会科学院第三世界研究中心与世界经济与政治研究所联合举办的“1991年发展中国家政治、经济形势讨论会”于1991年12月25～26日在北京召开。在京的科研机构、大专院校和新闻单位的专家、学者约60人到会。与会者围绕“苏联东欧剧变对发展中国家的影响”(?)“冷战后世界基本格局中发展中国家的地位和变化”、“中东和会的前景和影响”、“南非种族歧视制度的消除及政治发展趋势”、“柬埔寨问题的解决及其影响”、“1991年发展中国家政治、经济形势和前景”等一系列问题展开热烈讨论。现将会议部分同志发言摘要刊载如下,以期促进对上述问题的研究和探讨。
The Seminar on the Political and Economic Situation in Developing Countries of 1991 jointly organized by the Third World Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Institute of World Economics and Politics was held in Beijing from December 25 to December 26, 1991. About 60 experts and scholars from research institutes, universities and news agencies in Beijing attended the meeting. The participants revolved around “the influence of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe on the developing countries” (?), “The status and changes of developing countries in the basic pattern of the world after the Cold War”, “the prospect and impact of the peace conference in the Middle East,” “the elimination of racial discrimination in South Africa Political Development Trends, ”“ Settlement of the Cambodian Problems and Their Implications, ”and“ The Political and Economic Situations and Prospects in Developing Countries in 1991 ”and a series of other issues were heatedly discussed. The summary of the speeches made by some of the comrades in the meeting are as follows now, with a view to promoting the research and discussion on the above issues.
