本文报导了银合金和锡磷青铜合金的复合材料界面结构和界面附近元素扩散的研究结果。认为复合材料界面形成了金属间的固溶体结合,元素通过界面的扩散深度可以近似地用xi=(Dt)~(1/2)估算。
This paper reports the results of the study on the interface structure and the element diffusion near the interface between the silver alloy and the tin-phosphor bronze alloy. It is considered that the intermetallic solid solution bond is formed at the interface of the composite material, and the diffusion depth of the element through the interface can be approximated by xi = (Dt) ~ (1/2).
