自从 Marshall 等报道了幽门弯曲菌(Campylobacter pyloridis)感染与消化性溃疡和胃炎密切相关以来,国内外相继有类似报道。我院对胃镜受检者105例进行了幽门弯曲菌的培养,以观察幽门弯曲菌和胃肠疾病的关系,现报告如下。材料与方法一、标本1.病例:本组患者共105例,其中浅表性胃炎64例,萎缩性胃炎6例,浅表性萎缩性胃炎5例,胃溃疡9例,十二指肠溃疡4例,复合性溃疡2例,胃癌10例,胃术后吻合口炎3例,正常胃粘膜2例。2.标本采集:患者禁食12小时后由胃
