本文首次报导用原子吸收光谱法(国产—WFD—Y_2型)在空气—乙炔火焰中,快速而又准确地测定明胶样品中钙、镁、铜、铁、锰、锌、铋等元素;选择和确立了各个元素测定的最佳条件及其干扰和消除的办法;考查了分析结果的重复性,并与文献中容量法的结果作了对比,探讨了明胶大分子对分析结果的影响及其克服途径;分析了一系列国内外明胶的样品。试验结果表明:一般说来,国产明胶中所含减感元素铜和铁的含量,普遍地比西德和日本的明胶中所含的量高得多。作为二成熟的抑制剂的钙的含量,在国产明胶中有待于降低。国产明胶中的镁、锰等含量和国外明胶不相上下。
This paper reports for the first time rapid and accurate determination of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese, zinc and bismuth in gelatin samples by atomic absorption spectrometry (homemade -WFD-Y_2) in air-acetylene flames; The optimal conditions for determination of each element and the methods of interference and elimination were established.
