点热法是用局部加热校正轴类的弯曲。通常,对于较粗较短的轴类弯曲变形,用普通方法校直是比较困难的,采用点热法校正就容易多了。我厂曾有一台进口镗床,镗杆尺寸为φ110×2000毫米,由于发生事故,离镗杆头部600毫米处弯曲了0.80毫米,我厂机修工人师傅们用了点热法很方便地校正过来了。经检验,误差仅为0.01毫米,到现在为止,使用情况良好,未发现不正常现象。具体的工艺方法如下:
