党的十七大报告将“建设生态文明”作为全面建设小康社会的新要求,明确提出要使主要污染物排放得到有效控制,生态环境质量明显改善,生态文明观念在全社会牢固树立。建设生态文明,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会的必然要求和重大任务,也是环保部门义不容辞的责任,我们应当在推动生态文明进程中发挥更加积极的作用,尤其是地处边境一线的环保部门,更要加强环境保护工作,大力推进生态文明建设,确保中国-东盟重要通道的南疆国门碧水蓝天。
