土中旋转喷射成桩加固法,是地基灌浆的一种新的施工方法。这种方法在松软地基加固工程中,具有灵活性大、效果较显著、能较均匀地加固淤泥质软土和粉砂等的特点,从而能解决其它加固法所不能克服的一些困难。我国自1974年开始研究旋转喷射成桩法,它适用于桥梁基础加固和地下铁道施工工程等。目前,采用这种方法的工程项目和单位日益增多。1975年12月,我国邀请了日本有关人员来我国进行旋转喷射成桩加固法(CCP工法)技术座谈。现将日本方面介绍的CCP工法,并结合我国的应用情况择要叙述如下。
Soil rotating jet pile reinforcement method, is a new method of construction grouting. This method has the advantages of flexibility and effect in the soft foundation strengthening project, and can more uniformly reinforce the characteristics of silty soft soil and silt so as to be able to solve some difficulties that other strengthening methods can not overcome. Since 1974, China began to study rotary jetting pile method, which is suitable for bridge foundation reinforcement and subway construction projects. At present, the projects and units adopting this method are increasing day by day. In December 1975, China invited some Japanese personnel to come to our country for technical discussion on rotary jetting pile consolidation (CCP method). Now introduced in Japan, CCP work method, combined with the application of the situation in China is described below.
