1981年,我们对中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎时的局部免疫功能进行了研究,发现中西医结合治疗组(以下简称中西药组)临床疗效较好,同时对肺炎患儿唾液SIg人含量也有调整作用,1984年,我们采用~3H—TdR参入法淋巴细胞转化试验,对中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎时刺激指数的变化进行了研究,以了解中西医结合治疗对肺炎患儿细胞免疫功能的影响,现将结果报告如下。
In 1981, we studied the local immune function in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. We found that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the Chinese and Western medicine group) has better clinical efficacy and also regulates the salivary SIg content of children with pneumonia In 1984, we used ~ 3H-TdR incorporation lymphocyte transformation test to study the change of stimulating index in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to understand the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on cellular immune function in children with pneumonia. The results are reported below.
