5月15日四川省通信学会结合今年世界电信日宣传主题“电信与空间:新天地”在成都举行了技术报告会,参加会议的有邮电、铁路、交通、电子机械、气象、石油、电力、公安、武警、军队等部门以及大专院校和科研单位代表110余人,会议由省通信学会秘书长弓惠霰同志主持。 省邮电管理局局长、省通信学会理事长张居平同志出席会议并讲了话。他介绍了我省通信发展概况,并结合今年“世界电信日”宣传主题,对我省卫星通信、移动通信发展情况作了详细介绍;指出电信对人类征服太空发挥着巨大作用,同时太空通信也成为现代通信的一个组成部分,是无线电通信研究应用的一个重要领域。会上,解放军总参57所科技处处长吴勋森大校作
