我国茶叶生产机械化水平很低,从插苗、育苗、整地、开沟、移植、田间管理、采茶到加工制茶中的摇青、杀青、揉茶、整形、烘干、分级整理、包装等整个生产过程,除加工制茶采用了一部分机械外,其它作业大多靠手工。同时茶叶生产的许多作业,正值春夏大忙季节,致使劳动力十分紧张。因此,茶农对采用机械生产的要求十分迫切。
The level of mechanization in tea production in China is very low, ranging from inserting seedlings, raising seedlings, site preparation, ditching, transplanting, field management, picking tea to processing tea, shaking, fixing, rubbing tea, shaping, drying, grading, packaging, etc. During the entire production process, except for the processing of tea, a part of the machinery was used. Most of the other operations were done by hand. At the same time, many jobs in tea production are in the busy season in spring and summer, which results in a very tight workforce. Therefore, tea farmers are very urgent to adopt mechanical production requirements.
