132名接种者分别在出生后第3、4、10个月按常规接种白喉和破伤风类毒素(DT)以及口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗(OPV)。将接种者分成4组,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组同时接种重组乙型肝炎疫苗,第Ⅳ组(对照组)不接种。乙型肝炎疫苗的剂量为10μg(0.5ml),于三角肌部位肌肉注射。接种程序为Ⅰ组第0、3、4～5月,Ⅱ组第0、1、3、10～11月,Ⅲ组第3、4～5、10～11月。
132 vaccinates were routinely vaccinated against diphtheria and tetanus toxoid (DT) and oral polio vaccine (OPV) at 3, 4, and 10 months after birth. The vaccinated persons were divided into 4 groups. Groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were vaccinated with recombinant hepatitis B vaccine simultaneously. Group Ⅳ (control group) was not vaccinated. The dose of Hepatitis B vaccine is 10 μg (0.5 ml) and is intramuscularly injected into the deltoid muscle. The inoculation procedure was Group Ⅰ 0, 3, 4 ~ 5 months, Group Ⅱ 0, 1, 3, 10 ~ November, Group Ⅲ 3, 4 ~ 5, 10 ~ November.
