以前的研究发现亲脂性过氧化物可诱发小鼠短暂性脑缺血血样发作(TIA-发作),本研究通过观察亲脂性过氧化物叔丁基氢过氧化物(t-BHP)的化学结构类似物叔丁醇(t-BA)及过氧化氢(H2O2)盐水溶液和脂肪乳溶液在诱发小鼠TIA-发作中的作用,主要探讨过氧化物诱发小鼠TIA-发作的化学基础。结果如下:t-BHP(0.11mol/L)可诱发小鼠TIA-发作,叔丁醇(t-BA,0.135mol/L)不能诱发小鼠TIA-样发作,H2O2盐水溶液也不能诱发小鼠TIA-发样作,但H2O2脂肪乳溶液可诱发小鼠TIA-样发作:抗氧化剂VitC+CitE可抑制血液内过氧化物的作用。因此,我们认为过氧化物诱发小鼠脑缺血样发作的化学结构基础是过氧基(-OOH),其中过氧化物的亲脂性起关键作用。
Previous studies have found that lipophilic peroxides induce episodes of transient ischemic blood in mice (TIA-seizures). This study was conducted by observing the chemical structural analogues of t-BHP, a lipophilic peroxide (T-BA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) saline solution and fat emulsion in induced TIA-induced seizures in mice, mainly to investigate the chemical basis of peroxide-induced TIA-seizures in mice. The results were as follows: TIA-induced seizures were induced by t-BHP (0.11mol / L) and TIA-like seizures could not be induced by t-BA (0.135mol / L) Mouse TIA-hair samples, but H2O2 fat emulsion solution can induce mouse TIA-like seizures: Antioxidant VitC + CitE can inhibit the role of blood peroxide. Therefore, we believe that the chemical structure of peroxide-induced cerebral ischemia-like episodes in mice is based on peroxide (-OOH), in which lipophilicity of peroxide plays a key role.
