检测了61例脑溢血患者及119例健康人作对照的血液流变学11项指标,结果表明:脑溢血男、女患者全血低切粘度、全血低切相对粘度、红细胞聚集指数均呈非常显著升高(P<0,001);血沉和血沉方程 K也明显升高(P<0.01);红细胞刚性指数和红细胞压积与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。男性患者除红细胞刚性指数和红细胞压积外,其他指标均呈非常显著升高(P<0.01-P<0.001)。女性患者的某些指标比对照组高,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。49例患者进行D-二聚体测定结果异常率为22.45%(11/49)。其中10例低、中、高切全血粘度升高,占90.91%(10/11),与对照组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。检测结果显示,脑溢血患者存在全血粘度升高,血浆粘度增高,红细胞聚集性强,同时有血栓形成或溶栓发生。
Eleven indicators of hemorheology in 61 cerebral hemorrhage patients and 119 healthy individuals were detected. The results showed that low blood viscosity, whole blood low shear relative viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly different in male and female patients with cerebral hemorrhage (P <0,001). The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (K) were also significantly increased (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in erythrocyte rigidity index and hematocrit compared with the control group (P> 0.05). In addition to the RBC rigidity index and hematocrit, the other indexes of male patients showed a very significant increase (P <0.01-P <0.001). Some indicators of female patients than the control group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). The abnormal rate of D-dimer in 49 patients was 22.45% (11/49). The viscosity of whole blood in 10 cases of low, middle and high cut increased 90.91% (10/11), which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.001). Test results show that patients with cerebral hemorrhage there is an increase in whole blood viscosity, increased plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation, while thrombosis or thrombolysis occurred.
