目的分析脑干肿瘤放射治疗疗效。方法应用加速器４ＭＶ或６ＭＶ射线对４０例脑干肿瘤患者进行治疗。根据ＭＲＩ定位，采用局部扩大野，靶区包括肿瘤外１～２ｃｍ。开始照射剂量为１．５Ｇｙ，逐渐增高至１．８～２．０Ｇｙ，每周５次，总剂量５０～６０Ｇｙ。结果２例在治疗过程中死亡；１０例在放疗结束时症状、体征完全消失；１２例部分改善；１５例无明显变化。１、２、３年生存率分别为７０．０％、６５．７％、５３．８％。结论提示放疗可明显延长脑干肿瘤患者的生存期。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of radiation therapy in brain stem tumors. Methods 40 cases of brainstem cancer patients were treated with 4MV or 6MV accelerator. According to MRI location, the use of local expansion of the wild, the target area, including tumor 1 ~ 2cm. Start dose of 1.5Gy, gradually increased to 1.8 ~ 2.0Gy, 5 times a week, the total dose of 50 ~ 60Gy. Results 2 patients died during the treatment. The symptoms and signs of 10 patients disappeared completely at the end of radiotherapy, 12 patients improved partially and 15 patients had no obvious changes. The 1, 2, 3 year survival rates were 70.0%, 65.7% and 53.8% respectively. Conclusions Radiotherapy can significantly prolong the survival of patients with brain stem tumors.
