无论处于何种教育体制之下,都会出现一些学习成绩较低,学习能力较差的弱势群体,在教育教研中,教师将他们称之为“学困生”。尤其在高中阶段,学困生的涌现不仅关系到个人未来前途,对班级健康发展也会带来一定影响。因此,本文针对当前职业高中学困生的现状,深入分析其形成的原因及相应转化策略,让更多的“学困生”摘掉“困难”的帽子,在青春的年龄中飞扬。通常情况下把智力水平正常并且没有感官障碍,但是在学习成绩上明显低于同等年级,也不能很好实现
