本实验用电生理学的方法观察室温下(5℃~20℃)高渗氯化钠溶液对蟾蜍坐骨神经干复合动作电位的影响。结果表明:高渗氯化钠溶液与神经干接触后,可使复合动作电位的幅度降低,在一定范围内,动作电位降低的程度与氯化钠的浓度呈负相关(r=0.86)。
In this study, electrophysiological methods were used to observe the effects of hypertonic sodium chloride solution at room temperature (5 ℃ ~ 20 ℃) on the combined action potentials of sciatic nerve in toads. The results showed that after the hypertonic sodium chloride solution contacted the nerve trunk, the magnitude of the composite action potentials decreased. Within a certain range, the decrease of action potential was negatively correlated with the concentration of sodium chloride (r = 0.86).
