目的探讨老年心衰患者血浆B型利钠肽(BNP)与血清尿酸(UA)关系。方法选择44例老年器质性心脏病患者,按纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级分为Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级19例,Ⅳ级11例,分别测定血浆BNP及血清UA,比较不同心功能级别患者的血浆BNP水平与血清UA水平。结果老年心衰患者血浆BNP及血清UA明显高于正常对照组[(697.04±535.49)pg/mlvs(81.15±21.24)pg/ml,(462.73±100.68)μmol/Lvs(198.47±44.30)μmol/L]。心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级各组患者血浆BNP水平分别为(316.11±61.09)pg/ml、(635.95±280.2)pg/ml、(1287.36±702.36)pg/ml。血清UA水平分别为(377.00±51.93)μmol/L、(473.47±98.34)μmol/L、(553.27±56.08)μmol/L。各组血浆BNP与血清UA水平两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论血浆BNP水平、血清UA水平与心功能分级有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and serum uric acid (UA) in elderly patients with heart failure. Methods Forty-four elderly patients with structural heart disease were divided into two groups according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA): 14 cases of grade Ⅱ, 19 cases of grade Ⅲ and 11 cases of grade Ⅳ. BNP and serum UA were measured respectively, Plasma BNP levels and serum UA levels in patients with cardiac function. Results Plasma BNP and serum UA in elderly patients with heart failure were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (697.04 ± 535.49 pg / ml vs 81.15 ± 21.24 pg / ml, (462.73 ± 100.68) μmol / L vs 198.47 ± 44.30 μmol / L ]. Plasma BNP levels in patients with heart function II, III and IV were (316.11 ± 61.09) pg / ml, (635.95 ± 280.2) pg / ml and (1287.36 ± 702.36) pg / ml, respectively. Serum UA levels were (377.00 ± 51.93) μmol / L, (473.47 ± 98.34) μmol / L and (553.27 ± 56.08) μmol / L, respectively. Plasma BNP and serum UA levels in each group were compared between two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusions Plasma BNP level and serum UA level are correlated with the grade of cardiac function.
