东方啸,原名丁赞民,1970年出生,修水县全丰镇人。现为中国书画家协会理事、研究员,深圳南国书画家协会常务理事,南国书画院副院长,中国书画家交流协会理事,被聘任为中华当代书画艺术研究会名誉会长,国际羲之书画院名誉院长,吴道子艺术馆名誉馆长,东方艺术研究院客座教授,新加坡新神州艺术院高级院士等。是我国书画界实力派青年书画家。其艺术风格清新灵秀、气势宏伟。他集诗、书、画、印于一身,融诗词、文学、音律、经纬学于一体,“专攻博涉”、“师法自然”、“中西融贯、独成一体”。随着技艺的日益精进,各种荣誉纷至。处于鲜花、掌声等光环中的东方啸,可谓备受书画爱好者尊敬。但是有几人知晓他的辛酸求学路,艰苦奋斗史呢?
