随着教学体制改革的不断深入,教学越来越关注学生个体的发展,新课标要求关注全体学生,每位学生都得到发展。在小学数学教学中,采取分层异步教学,既能尊重学生的个性差异,又能激发每位学生的学习活力,完美实现了学生个性化发展和全面发展的有机融合。为此,我们对具体小学数学分层异步实施策略进行了简单分析,以期给同行一点经验。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of teaching system, teaching is paying more and more attention to the development of individual students. The new curriculum standard requires paying attention to all students and every student has been developed. In primary school mathematics teaching, taking the layered teaching as an alternative can not only respect the individual differences of students, but also inspire the learning vitality of each student, and perfect the organic integration of individualized development and comprehensive development of students. To this end, we carry out a simple analysis of the specific primary school mathematics stratification asynchronous implementation strategy, with a view to give colleagues a little experience.
