通过对现阶段职业教育中,机械类专业为主的职业学校以一专多能为发展方向,在以数控类专业为主的背景下钳工实习这种十分传统的实习项目面临实习周期短而学生又不感兴趣的局面,另一方面钳工证书又是一部分学生毕业时必须拿到的证件之一。针对这种情况,应该在课题加工时对尺寸精度的控制、相配间隙的控制和钻孔精度的控制三个方面来保证学生加工课题的质量,能很好地提高学生课题的成绩,使学生在内在规定的实习周期内完成钳工考工取得钳工证书。
