EQ—140载重汽车转向万向节叉的内三角花键采用半自动拉削加工,经常发生拉刀啃齿现象,轻则在工件齿顶或齿侧形成啃切拉伤,重则在拉刀齿及齿槽上发生堆屑,将工件上对应的整条齿拉掉。为了解决啃齿问题,我们通过分析该拉刀结构和拉削实验证明,动态轴向拉削力不平衡会产生轴向弯矩,并在拉刀最大挠曲变形处发生啃切,并针对这种情况提出了具体的改进措施。
