一、科普工作的任务 1995年11月日本国会通过的《科学技术基本法》,是日本以科学技术立国的大法,基本法的第5章以“振兴关于科学技术的学习等”为标题,涉及到科技普及工作的目的和任务。该章的全文是“国家应采取必要的措施,在学校教育和社会教育中振兴有关科技的学习,加强科技启发,普及科技知识,以使青少年及广大国民能通过一切机会加深对科学技术的理解和关心。”
