沈飞61厂是公司专业设备制造及设备维修专业厂,现有职工150人,拥有大中型机械加工、热处理设备近百台。几年来,工厂在较好地完成公司下达的各项指令性生产任务的基础上,大力发展民用产品,拓宽了经营渠道,经济效益和社会效益逐年递增。2002年61厂开展创建“学习型星级班组”活动,经过两年多的创建实践,使工厂面貌发生很大变化,员工的学习力、创新力和自主管理能力明显提升。
Shenfei 61 Factory is a professional equipment manufacturing and equipment maintenance company specialized in the company. It has 150 employees and has nearly 100 large and medium-sized machining and heat treatment equipment. Over the past few years, the factory has been vigorously developing civilian products on the basis of better fulfillment of the mandatory production tasks issued by the company, broadening the channels of operation, and increasing economic and social benefits year by year. In 2002, the 61th factory launched the “learning star team” activity. After more than two years of practice, the factory’s appearance has undergone great changes. The staff’s learning ability, innovation, and self-management ability have been significantly improved.
