此次华北地区档案工作协作会议对加强档案馆业务基础工作等问题进行了广泛交流,深入的探讨,对许多重要的业务问题取得了共识。与会同志本着取长补短、少走弯路,将档案馆业务基础建设进一步引向深入的目的,就各自积累的经验和遇到的问题,进行了畅所欲言的交流和探讨,一致认为: ——档案馆的业务基础工作任务繁杂,环境较差,工作较累。要使这项工作保质保量的完成,就必须把做人的思想政治工作放在十分重要的位置。一方面,要使从事这项工作的同志振作精神,看重自己的工作,进一步增强做好业务基础工作的责任感、紧迫感和光荣感,乐于奉献。另一方面,档案部门的领导同志也要注意从
The Archives Collaboration Conference in North China conducted extensive exchanges and intensified discussions on such issues as strengthening the basic work of the archives business and reached consensus on many important business issues. The participating comrades, based on their respective strengths and weaknesses, made detours and further guided the foundation construction of the archives business, deepening their exchanges and discussions on their accumulated experience and problems they encountered.
