一次成苗法培养效果与2.4—D浓度密切相关:在0.025~O.1mg/L范围内与2 mg/L多级比较,以0.025mg/L最高。籼粳杂种为材料,以花药为单位的出苗率为1.47%,绿苗率0.61%,比多级培养增0.06%与0.03%,以培养试管为单位的出苗率为69.05%,绿苗率为28.57%,比多级培养提高55.09%与20.88%。培养效果试验,同样培养管数,出苗率比多级法提高1.68倍与1.05倍。雄核发育成苗,同时存在愈伤组织再分化与形成胚状体二种途径。
