水是一条跨省的界河,其上游河段的开发方案难于确定,现应用模糊综合指数法进行优选。该法的要点是:综合评判体系分高、低两个层次,先进行低层次评判,再进行高层次评判。数学模型的建立,系根据模糊数学中的模糊变换原理,将模糊关系R视为"模糊变换器",输入权向量A,输出模糊关系合成结果B,用模糊矩阵的方法,推导有关计算公式。计算时,考虑经济、社会和环境等方面因素及多项指标,分方案逐一求解。优选结果与采用常规经济评价方法及定性分析所得结果一致。
Water is an inter-provincial boundary river, and the development plan of the upper reaches of the river is difficult to determine. Now it is selected by the fuzzy comprehensive index method. The key points of the law are: The comprehensive evaluation system is divided into two levels, that is, low level judgment and then high level judgment. The establishment of mathematical model is based on the principle of fuzzy transformation in fuzzy mathematics. The fuzzy relation R is regarded as “fuzzy converter”, the weight vector A is input, and the fuzzy relation output B is output. The fuzzy matrix method is used to deduce the relevant formula. Calculation, considering economic, social and environmental factors and a number of indicators, sub-program one by one solution. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by the conventional economic evaluation method and qualitative analysis.
