I. INTRODUCTION Since the Industrial Revolution, mankind has gradually gained the upper hand in the game with nature. Mankind has swallowed up the resources of nature from this greedyly and freely enjoyed the wealth created by sacrificing nature. However, in recent years, More and more man-made disaster occurred also let humans feel the roar and retaliation of nature.
