腐败的蔓延已成为多年来举国上下关注的焦点问题,当今腐败问题的严重性已再也不能简单地用“一个指头”、“极少数”等字眼去判断了。多年来,为了治理腐败,我们采取了许多措施,可惜这些措施的局限性都很大,效果也就不可能理想。我们想通过加强思想教育工作来抵制腐败。特别是90年代以来,各级党委、政府及有关部门围绕精神文明建设和思想教育工作花了很大力气,举行的活动、推出的英雄事迹、树立的典型可谓一拨又一拨,然而腐败分子对此却不屑一
The spread of corruption has become a focus issue for many years throughout China. The seriousness of the current corruption issue can no longer be judged simply by the words “one finger” and “the smallest number.” Over the years, we have taken many measures to control corruption. Unfortunately, the limitations of these measures are enormous and the results are unlikely to be satisfactory. We want to combat corruption by strengthening our ideological and educational work. Especially since the 1990s, the party committees, governments and relevant departments at all levels have spent a great deal of effort on spiritual civilization construction and ideological education. The activities held, the heroic deeds launched, and the typical examples set by the corrupt elements I disdain for this one
