霉菌毒素对人畜健康威胁很大。此类中毒患者的特点是发病急,病情凶险,予后严重,死亡率高。近年来,国内真菌性食物中毒报道日益增多。东北地区自然发酵谷物中毒更为多见。本刊特发表“霉变食品的食物中毒”和“关于抢救一起霉变臭米面食物中毒的报告”两文,希大家提高对霉变食物中毒的警惕,做好予防,共同探讨抢救此类中毒患者的方法。
Mycotoxins pose a great threat to human health. Such poisoning patients are characterized by acute onset, dangerous condition, to severe after the high mortality.
