On November 28, 2013, the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission organized the second joint meeting of the Lancang River water regulation in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The meeting was chaired by Chen Xiaojun, deputy director of Yangtze River Commission. Leaders of Water Resources Division and NSUST attended the meeting. China Southern Power Grid Corporation, Yunnan Development and Reform Commission and Energy Bureau, ICBC, Water Conservancy Department, Communications Department and Navigation Affairs Bureau, Foreign Affairs Office, Company, Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Co., Ltd., SDIC Yunnan Dachaoshan Hydropower Co., Ltd. and other members of the Lancang River Water Resources Joint Meeting attended the meeting.
