在实践中,我们摸索了一种简便的母种培养基固体分装法.培养基煮好后,倒入洗净的方搪瓷盆中,待凝固后用小刀切划成比试管稍小的条,小心放入试管中(不要沾在管口上),全部装好后,按常规塞上棉塞、灭菌.此法的优点:①操作简便,装量一致,容易掌握;②装管时不受外界气温所限;③装管过程中如有事稍停工,无甚影响;④装管速度比液体装管快,且管装好后,试管可随意平置,无需竖放.
