番茄叶霉病菌(Cladosproriumfulvum)菌丝生长的适宜培养基为PSA培养基和大麦培养基.菌丝生长的适宜温度为20~25℃,pH为5.0~6.0分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为25℃.pH为4.0~5.0.相对湿度低于86%时,分生孢子不能萌发.空气有利于孢子萌发.该病菌在PSA培养基上培养4天后开始产孢,培养13天累积产孢量最多.光照对产孢有明显抑制作用.在病叶表面越冬的分生孢子萌发率可达20%左右.分生孢子的致死温度为45℃,5min。
Suitable media for mycelial growth of Cladosporium fulvum are PSA medium and barley medium. The suitable temperature for mycelium growth is 20 ~ 25 ℃, the suitable temperature for conidiospore germination is 5.0 ~ 6.0 and the optimum temperature is 25 ℃. The pH is 4.0 to 5.0. When the relative humidity is less than 86%, the conidia can not germinate. Air is good for spore germination. The bacteria began sporulation on PSA medium for 4 days, and accumulated 13 days after culture. Light on the spores have a significant inhibitory effect. In diseased leaves overwintering conidia germination rate of up to 20%. The lethal temperature of conidia is 45 ℃, 5min.
