小学教育是学生成长教育过程中的启蒙阶段,对学生的意识形态、价值观、人生观的形成具有重要的作用。随着新课程改革的推进,小学中的德育受到学校和家长越来越多的重视,因为在德育中实施激励策略有利于对学生的思想道德教育进行积极的引导,使学生形成良好的道德素质。所以,从多个方面研究在小学班主任德育中如何有效实施激励策略。
Primary education is an enlightenment stage in the process of student growth education, and plays an important role in forming students’ ideology, values and outlook on life. With the reform of the new curriculum, moral education in primary schools has been paid more and more attention by schools and parents. Because implementing the incentive strategy in moral education is conducive to actively guiding students’ ideological and moral education so that students can form good moral qualities . Therefore, we study how to effectively implement the motivation strategy in the moral education of primary school teachers in many aspects.
