责任感是现代人应具有的最基本的素质。人有了责任感,才能具有勇往直前的不竭动力,才能感受到自我存在的价值和意义,进而受到人们的信赖和尊重,因此培养学生的责任感非常重要。从小学阶段开始就应该培养学生的责任感,它不仅仅是班主任的事情,更是每个教师都应该思考的问题。
Responsibility is the most basic quality modern people should have. People have the sense of responsibility, in order to have an inexhaustible motivation to move forward in order to feel the value and meaning of self-existence, and then by people’s trust and respect, so to develop a sense of responsibility of students is very important. From the elementary school stage should develop the sense of responsibility of students, it is not only the class teacher thing, it is every teacher should think about the problem.
