研究了小学体育心理健康教育的相关问题。首先从小学体育有助于缓解学生的不良情绪、有助于培养学生良好的意志品质、有助于培养学生的人际交往能力三个方面分析了小学体育的心理健康教育功能,并在此基础之上,针对小学体育心理健康教育在小学体育教学中的具体实施,提出了如下三点策略,即:重视对小学生心理健康状况的全面了解和掌握、重视课堂教学活动的科学组织、重视心理健康教育在课后延伸中的渗透。
