用微量点滴法测定银川市区家蝇对五种杀虫剂的抗药性。从测定结果看,我市的家蝇对五种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,以家蝇对敌百虫的抗药性最高,LD_(50)为41.3314微克/雌蝇;对溴氰菊酯比较敏感,LD_(50)为0.00359微克/雌蝇。并与国内正常品系和敏感地区的结果进行了比较,探讨了抗药性比较高的原因。根据测定结果,提示我们在今后的家蝇防制中,要合理使用杀虫剂,减缓家蝇的抗药性。
Determination of Insecticide Resistance of Musca domestica to Five Insecticides in Yinchuan City by Microdotermination Method. From the measurement results, the flies in our city had different levels of resistance to five kinds of insecticides, and the resistance to trichlorfon was the highest in house flies with LD 50 of 41.3314 μg / Cypermethrin is more sensitive, with a LD 50 of 0.00359 μg / female flies.
