本文采用称样量小,加酸量少(仅6滴)的湿灰化法消化头发样品,然后用原子吸收光谱仪测定锌的含量,获得了满意的结果。发样中加入标准的回收率平均为97.1%,变异系数为3%。用本方法测定NBS(美国国家标准局)提供的标准样品(牛肝粉、大米粉、小麦粉、柑桔粉)所得结果与NBS规定值一致。本法具有提高工作效率、节省试剂以及减少对环境污染的优点。
In this paper, samples were weighed with wet ashing method with small amount of sample and less acid (only 6 drops), then the content of zinc was determined by atomic absorption spectrometer, and satisfactory results were obtained. The standard sample recovery rate of the average of 97.1%, coefficient of variation of 3%. The results obtained from this method for the determination of standard samples (bovine liver, rice flour, wheat flour, orange powder) provided by NBS (United States National Bureau of Standards) are consistent with the NBS values. This law has the advantage of improving work efficiency, saving reagents and reducing environmental pollution.
